Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:
r58com reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal request pending the completion of identity verification, AML review, or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity. In the event that a withdrawal is withheld pending investigation and the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the withdrawal will be released promptly. r58com does not apply fees to GCash or Maya withdrawals. Bank transfer fees, if any, may vary by institution and are beyond r58com's control.
r58com may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to eligible Players. All promotions are subject to specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible game categories, expiry dates, and maximum withdrawal limits arising from bonus play.
